At AlphaTune, operated by DIGIPACE International Limited, we are dedicated to helping you achieve a calmer, more mindful lifestyle. If your relaxation device does not meet your expectations, or if you encounter any technical issues, we are here to support you.
1. Return Eligibility
To ensure a fair and safe experience for all our customers, items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
- 30-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Original Condition: The device must be in its original, brand-new condition, including all original packaging, charging cables, and manuals.
- Hygiene & Safety: As our products are designed for personal wellness and involve direct contact with the skin, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are considered final sale:
- Wearable meditation devices that have been used or show signs of wear.
- Consumables (such as adhesive pads or sensors) once the protective seal is broken.
- Gift cards or downloadable digital content.
3. How to Start a Return

Review: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization and the specific return address.

Ship: Please ensure the item is securely packed. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
4. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your AlphaTune device arrives faulty or damaged, DIGIPACE International Limited will provide a free replacement or cover the return shipping costs.
- Personal Preference: If you change your mind (personal preference), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Payment: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., Credit Card via Airwallex) within 3–7 business days.
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Limited Warranty (Product Guarantee)
We stand behind the quality of our meditation and wellness technology.
- One-Year Warranty: All AlphaTune hardware products are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Coverage: This warranty covers any functional defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, liquid contact, or unauthorized modifications.
- Claim Process: If your device fails to operate correctly within the warranty period, please reach out to support@myalphatune.com. We will provide a repair, replacement, or an appropriate solution to ensure your continued satisfaction.
